For the right rod, superb

This is an incredibly good line, for the right rod! It’s sold in Japan for squid fishing, which is done at night, hence the incredibly visible dye job. It also has less memory than other lines, not to mention that it’s 150 meters of line.
BUT, the largest size it’s made in is a 2.0, which actually measures between a 2.0 and 2.5. I use this on my Suntech Kurenais, both the 3.0m and 3.9m and it casts wonderfully. These are a 7.5 and 12 penny rods, and it’s a perfect match for those rods.
Extremely visible, casts great, incredible value.

For those times when you want very thin line but still be a hi vis color, not for beginners.

Available in sizes 2 and 1.5 on a 150 meter spool, Hi-VIS Orange color. 100% Fluorocarbon Made in Japan. This is originally a bass fishing line but it works great for Tenkara Level Line.
