Refund & Return Policies:

Return of New Condition Products

You have 30 days from the day you receive the product in which you can return the UN-USED products if you are not satisfied with what you received, the products must be in "as-new" condition (or near the condition you received them in). Items returned with in the 30 day period in "as-new" condition will receive a full refund for the returned item\items, minus shipping costs.

You must contact us for approval first before returning an item, use our contact form or reply to the order receipt. Once the item\items is received by us, we will submit a refund for the purchase price of the items return, we do not refund the shipping fees of the order. You are required to pay the return shipping, unless decided by us on a case by case basis. You can return the product to the address listed below.

Defective or Damaged Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us by replying to the order receipt or use our contact form letting us know about the issue and details about the issue. You will either be refunded for damaged products or sent replacement products or parts. We stand behind our products and will take care of defects and damaged products you receive from us. If return shipping is needed, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label for it so you pay no shipping for this type of issue.

Return of Used Products

If you are unsatisfied with the product you received and want to return it for a partial refund, you have 60 days from the day you receive the product to contact us to return the product. We don't want you to feel unsatisfied and stuck with one of our products.

incorrect Items Shipped or Missing Items

If you receive an order package that is missing items or the items shipped are incorrect, please contact us by replying to your order receipt email or our contact form. If you are missing items from your order let us know what the items are and we will ship them to you. If you received incorrect items in your order shipment we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label when shipping the item back to us is needed and we will ship you the correct order items quickly.

Cancellations:

You may cancel any order before it ships out. To cancel an unshipped order just send us a message thru our contact form and let us know the order # you want to cancel, or reply to your receipt email and let us know you want to cancel the order. Upon receiving your cancellation request we will cancel the order and submit a refund quickly.

DRAGONtail Tenkara rods stand up to the abuse of the bending and stress of catching fish but if handled by the angler improperly they can break, especially the tip sections. Always treat your Tenkara rod with care and it should last for a very long time. Having said that, accidents do happen and we have parts available.
