This 7.5 liter fully waterproof (IPX-7 rated) fly fishing sling pack with easy to use airtight zippers is large enough to carry your fishing gear for the day and probably a lunch as well. It is also small enough that you don't feel like you have a large backpack on one shoulder. It has comfortable and breathable padding for your back and shoulder so you can wear it all day. 

Some notable features: 

  • Fully waterproof and air tight.
  • Medium sized 7.5 liter main compartment.
  • Net holder slot on the face for long handled nets. 
  • Lots of gear clips on the bag and on the front strap. 
  • Comfortable padding were it's needed.

Awesome sling pack

I purchased this sling pack because my trusty Trout Unlimited Sling Pack went to the happy Fishing Grounds. The pack is attractive and hugs the body well without constricting movement. I wish there were a little more space in the slot for the net, as my DragonTail net is a tight squeeze. Overall, I am very pleased with this product. DragonTail Tenkara is my go-to place for tenkara gear!

Very nice!, this sling bag is well constructed and well thought out especially for Tenkara but would work well for multiple applications. I bought this for when I hike in to a location and I am able to tuck my net away and carry a water bottle and light windbreaker with my usual fishing gear and a rod tube keeping my rod safe. I am able to deploy and fish quick and the bag stays out of the way. The padding is comfortable and I almost forget I have the pack on.
