The Pass Lake Fly is a very old pattern with roots in the Wisconsin driftless area and a favorite of Matt Sment's. I have had a lot of great luck with this fly pattern last year after fishing with Matt and giving the fly a try. You can dead drift it, swing it like the wet fly that it is, or dance it a bit on the top water (a method I have seen Matt do at times with this fly).
Tied on a high quality size #14 ML601 Moonlit hook (it is a extra long hook so it will look more like a size 12 fly).
You get 6 flies.
